Senior Minister

Dr. David Hall has been the Senior Minister at Oak Grove since December of 1989.

Dr. Hall earned his bachelor's degree from Auburn University, master's from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary and doctorate degree from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. Rev. Harold Hubble
Minister to Mature Adults

Harold has been a staff member at Oak Grove since April of 1974 and serves as Minister to Mature Adults and Pastoral Care. How blessed we are to have such a long-tenured minister like Harold. Harold is also very notable in Harford County for the many areas of service to people in the area. Harold's passions are pastoral care and senior adult ministry. Harold directs our hospital ministry, our ministry to shut-ins and nursing home residents and our mature adult ministry.

Rev. Ralph Batykefer
Minister to Students

Ralph has been our Minister to Students since January of 1999. Ralph earned his B.A. from Grove City College in Grove City, Pennsylvania and his Masters of Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas. Ralph's desire is equipping students to be ministers of the Lord Jesus Christ no matter their age or giftedness. We have seen tremendous growth in our student ministry and the students in turn have been influential effecting many other people's lives. There are opportunities for Bible study, recreation, performing arts, music, missions, and evangelism training. Ralph also holds a 4th degree black belt and leads a Christian Karate program at Oak Grove Baptist for ages 6 through adult.

Rev. Brian Watts
Minister to Young Adults & Interim to Adults

Brian Watts joined our staff in January 2006 as the Minister to Young Adults and Interim Minister to Adults. He graduated from Lancaster Bible College with a Bachelor of Science in Bible and is a current student at Biblical Seminary where he is working towards his Master of Divinity. Brian's gifts and passions are in the areas of preaching, equipping, and leadership. He is especially passionate about collegiate ministry, specifically developing young adults into mature disciples who have a passion for the spread of the Gospel around the world.

Rev. Steve Poole
Minister of Music & Worship

Rev. Steve Poole joined our staff in February 2006 as the Minister of Music and Worship. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Music from the University of South Alabama and his Master's in Music from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Steve desires to provide multi-generational opportunities to present multi-sensory offerings of our talents and gifts to God through creative, God-focused praise and worship.

Rev. Trey Wooton
Minister to Children

Trey joined the staff at Oak Grove on June 1, 2007. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Mississippi College and a Master of Divinity in Christian Education from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Trey is married and has two young children, Connor and Alyssa. Trey has served on the international field in the country of Bolivia as well as at churches in Louisiana and Georgia prior to his coming to Oak Grove. Trey’s desire is for children to begin that initial step of faith in Christ and begin to mature as a Christian.
