We have already started planning for the 2013 Women of Faith Conference at the Verizon Center, August 16th and 17th. At a Women of Faith Conference you will hear all kinds of stories, see all kinds of performances and leave feeling refreshed and renewed in your walk with God. I believe that every woman should experience it at least once; because once you do you will want to go again and again. We realize finances are tight for almost everyone these days, and we want to make it possible for everyone to be able to attend. So, you have from now till May 5, 2012 to be able to pay in full. We already have women paying their $10 deposit to reserve their tickets and hotel room, and many saying that they are going to! We will be staying at the beautiful Fairfield Inn & Suites again. For those of you who did not attend the 2011 Imagine or 2012 Celebrate Conferences, this hotel is wonderful, the beds are comfortable and the continental breakfast is amazing! I have reserved 20 rooms (10 rooms w/2 queen beds & 10 rooms w/king bed & sofa bed), and I managed to get a great rate on the rooms again this year. Oh and did I mention it’s only a very short walk to the Verizon Center from the hotel. Our discounted hotel rate is $147.71 (tax & continental breakfast included in price), and the conference ticket is $101.00 per person. We have even better seats than we did in 2013. They are located on the floor in section 3 (for those who attended the 2012 conference this section is on the left side) starting in the front row!! Your total cost for attending the event is $174.86 for 2 per room, $150.24 for 3 per room and $137.93 for 4 per room. We do need a $10.00 deposit to be paid no later than October 21, 2012, and then after that you can make payments to us weekly, monthly or pay in full whenever you can as long as you are paid in full by May 5, 2013.
I am also taking orders for t-shirts for us to wear to the conference. If you would like one, they are $10 each and I will need to know your size and if you prefer v-neck tee or regular tee. Also, the only meal provided is breakfast Saturday morning at the hotel. However, we can order a boxed lunch from Jason’s Deli for $10 per person, and from my experience this year it is easier to do this rather than fight the crowds at the nearby restaurants and pay almost that or more.
