Thank you for everyone who participated in our Vacation Bible School 2010! We had a great week of VBS with 343 children enrolled along with 133 volunteers. Our average attendance of children was was around the 300 mark!
Some were not able to make it to family night but wanted to know the details of the offering contest. The girls won the contest and Mr. Trey was in the dunk tank. But, the elementary group raised more than $1500 during the week so Ms. Krista and Ms. Noelle were also in the dunk tank. Additional money was collected on family night. All of the money is being sent to the ministry of Operation Christmas Child.
The preschoolers raised almost $600 for the ministry Gospel of India. For every one dollar, a child in India can attend a VBS for a week. Way to go preschoolers!
